The order of work matters as much as the individual jobs
A full renovation may include kitchens, bathrooms, boilers and heating, plumbing, electrics, replastering, ceilings, flooring and work outside the house.
Some properties need to be stripped back before older defects can be resolved. Others need layout changes, renewed services or alterations to outbuildings. Steve coordinates the people involved so the client knows what comes next.
Occupied-home work
Some clients need to stay in the property. Where that is practical, access and the parts of life that cannot stop should be discussed early on.
Care at the end of the day
Working areas are kept orderly and the living space is treated with respect throughout the job.
